Every person aged 0+ months to 18 years attending a screening in Cinema City multiplexes should purchase a ticket, regardless of whether they use a seat in the cinema hall to watch the film or sits in the parent/companion's seat.

For the comfort of our customers and their children, we do not recommend that Cinema City cinemas be visited by children under 3 years of age or older but with health problems. Parents should be aware that the conditions in the cinema halls may not be suitable for their children - during screenings the lights are turned off, the sound is loud, flashing lights are present and some of the films have special sound or visual effects that may surprise or disturb children and/or create psychological or other mental or physical problems. If you insist on attending a screening with your child, please be aware that Cinema City assumes no responsibility and does not pay any compensation for any damage that your child may suffer due to his/her presence in the cinema hall against our recommendations.
