The discounted tickets available are:

• CHILD TICKET: children up to 10 years old, inclusive;
• STUDENT TICKET: children over 10 years old, proof of student status is provided by presenting the student card, endorsed on the day
• STUDENT TICKET students attending university courses, proof of student status being provided by presenting their student card or student ID card
• SENIOR TICKET: the discount applies to all retired persons upon presentation of valid proof of retirement;
• DISABLED PERSONS TICKET: persons with disabilities based on a valid proof document on the date of the visit; We inform you that persons with permanent disabilities and their companions can benefit from free tickets within the limit of 10 tickets per month/multiplex, based on the disability classification certificate, valid on the date of presentation, and the identity card. The companion will benefit from a free ticket under the conditions specified above, only if the person with disabilities is entitled to a professional companion due to his/her condition. Tickets will be offered for 2D and 3D films, including IMAX, but not including VIP rooms and the 4DX format. They can be obtained exclusively from the cinema box offices for film screenings on the day of purchase, without having the possibility to reserve the tickets or use them for a later day. Free tickets are allocated within the limit of the seats available at the time of request and in the order in which they were requested, until they are exhausted. Please contact the cinema cashier to receive information about the number of free tickets remaining available. After the free seats are exhausted, the customer will benefit from a reduced price for the category of people with disabilities.

When visiting the cinema, you must have a document with you proving your right to the discount and present it to the staff, except for children up to and including 10 years old.
