Tickets purchased through your My Cinema City account can be canceled online by accessing the "my tickets" section. Tickets purchased as a visitor can be canceled at the manager's office, only at the cinema where the screening for which you made the purchase will take place.
Please note that:
You cannot return only part of the purchased tickets.
The online service fee of 2 lei per ticket is non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made at least 2 hours before the screening starts.
